Is there a cloakroom at Quasimodo?

The Quasimodo has a limited wardrobe for €2 per Coat/bag.

When do the concerts start?

Due to the special location in the building of the Delphi Filmpalast, our concerts generally start at 10:30 pm. Einlass open at 21:00.

How long do the concerts last on average?

The end time can vary from concert to concert. On a regular basis, the concerts at the Quasimodo last 1.5 – 2 hours.

Can I reserve a seat/table at the club?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a seat. If a seat is required for medical reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is it possible to eat food and drinks brought along at the Quasimodo?

Unfortunately, consumption is not possible. Exceptions apply to visitors who are dependent on it for medical reasons.

Is smoking allowed at Quasimodo?

Smoking is not allowed inside the Quasimodo Club. This also applies to e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.

What is not allowed inside the Club?

2.                  Weapons of any kind
3.                  Drugs within the meaning of the Narcotics act
4.                  Glass bottles and objects made of fragile or splintering materials
5.                  Professional camera equipment
6.                  Pyrotechnic articles of any kind
7.                  Bulky and dangerous items of any kind
8.                  Clothing, emblems or other objects with racist, xenophobic, homophobic or other inhuman content.

Ticketing

How and where can I buy tickets?

On the event pages you will find a link to the tickets. For events that are not sold out, youll be able to buy tickets that day at the entrance of the Quasimodo. Our tickets are usually offered via eventim, ticket.io, dodotickets or ticketmaster.

My event was cancelled. What shall I do?

Tickets can only be returned and refunded threw the original ticket provider.

My event was postponed to another date. Will my tickets remain valid?

Your tickets will usually remain valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, the ticket can be returned and refunded by the ticket provider. These events are marked with the note “catch-up date”.

Can I reserve tickets for an event instead of buying them?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

I couldn’t go to the concert due to illness or similar. Can I exchange or return my tickets?

Unfortunately, this is not possible either.

Accessibility

Is the Quasimodo Club barrier-free?

Unfortunately, the Quasimodo is not barrier-free. For reasons of monument protection, a conversion was not possible so far. We are aware of the problem and are continuously working with the relevant departments to find a solution.

Age restrictions

Can I attend a concert under 16/18?

For children & adolescents under the age of 16, access to the Quasimodo Club is unfortunately not possible. Young people aged 16 and over can access concerts accompanied by a parent or guardian.
